ROME — Kerry Washington, co-star of "Django Unchained" with Jamie Foxx and Leonardo DiCaprio, was spotted at the Hassler Hotel during the promo tour for the film. She wore a ruffled frock from Peter Pilotto Spring 2013 collection. Washington, who is as well known for her good acting as her chic styling, looked not-so-chic in this multi-print dress. If only she had clipped her ruffles before hitting the red carpet, this look would have been chic, rather than a shock.
