GLOBAL — It’s January 2014 and I’m excited to ring in the new year with a bevy of chic content themed around beauty. To kick off the month I just had to feature a fabulous nail lacquer from Dior in January birthstone garnet. It’s a deep rich red color that would wear well on the lips or for a manicure. The Dior ‘Diorific Vernis’ Nail Lacquer in Marilyn (right), $26, is a sublime shade of red and it’s beautifully packaged in a way that makes it reminiscent of a rare jewel. Don’t you just j’adore Dior? But the beauty features this month go far beyond the nails and we’ll be talking hair, brows, lips, and all over body. We’ll also be spotlighting UK-based beauty retailer Boots and dishing on their line of makeup, botanicals, and skin care products that are now carried in the US.
On the entertainment side of things, we’ve got some great shows returning to the small screen including one of my faves, Pretty Little Liars (Jan. 7). We’ll be giving you the scoop on how to get the look of Aria, Hanna, Spencer, and Emily.
