GLOBAL — This year marks the 50th anniversary of The Limited stores and they are celebrating their success by giving back to others. They’re kicking off their celebration with a campaign to support Dress for Success, a non-profit organization that offers professional apparel, a network of support and career development tools to women who are entering or re-entering the work force. The Limited is inviting their customers to share their personal or professional success stories online in their “Talk is Chic” section at thelimited.com/50th and they will donate $1 to Dress for Success for every submission, up to $50,000. In addition, The Limited is donating to the organization 30% of the proceeds from a limited edition clutch purse and commemorative bracelet that will debut this fall.
In honor of their 50th anniversary, The Limited is also giving Chic Spy readers a chance to win a $50 gift card to The Limited. So I didn’t read well enough – aside from the site being great, I would use the gift card to actually go into Limited and try the pants on. I need new work slacks. Plus, it’s been some time since I’ve checked out the clothes and I’m ready for a wardrobe update!

I would use The Limited gift card to help build my professional wardrobe; a pair of new slacks or a chic blouse. Any left over money on the gift card would go towards jewelry, of course!
