New York – Not too many schools get the boasting right that their students get to present their fashion designs during New York Fashion Week, but since 2005, Academy of Art University grad students have premiered their collections during the high-profile fashion event.

This year, seven students’ collections will grace the runway including Meredith Acton, David Doerr, Dipti Irla, Lisa Nguyen, Jen Chen, Juhyun Vivi Park, and Sun Young Yun. The show will stream live today, 5 p.m. PST at www.academyart.edu/fashionshow.
