GLOBAL — I think I’ve uncovered the ultimate coat conspiracy. It seems that designers, boutiques, even e-tailers are in on it. Long gone are muted, neutral-toned outerwear, at least for this season. The brighter the better for fall, winter, and into spring, from orangey-red like the Jil Sander oversized wool and angora coat or aqua blue like the J.Crew metro coat, to mustard yellow like the Tulle Clothing peacoat. The options are plentiful. The weather may be dreary, but your look doesn’t have to be.
