NEW YORK — Recently spotted on the town was "Scandal" star Kerry Washington, looking quite lovely in a lemon yellow gown from FLOTUS favorite Jason Wu at the 2013 CFDA Awards. She accessorized with a wooden Lanvin mini clutch and Monique Pean jewelry. She's definitely making a fashion comeback; I haven't been loving some of the frocks she's been seen in lately, but this look … j'adore!
NEW JERSEY — On the down side of fashion was Ashley Olson, spotted going solo at the 6th Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. Seldom do you see only half of the twin designing team of May Kate and Ashley Olson. Maybe having good style for the Olson's is a twin thing, which would explain why the usually uber chic fashion maven looked like a retired tourist in an Indian-inspired, red kaftan with gold embroidery. However, she does get style kudos for her choice of accessories including Hérmes sandals and The Row sunglasses and handbag.
