GLOBAL — In the late 90s, five California teens pulled off the ultimate heist when they burgularized homes of the rich and famous including Paris Hilton and Orlando Bloom. For Sophia Coppola’s latest film The Bling Ring, stylist Stacey Battat (who also styled Elle Fanning in Coppola’s Somewhere) decked the cast and the set with some of the most lavish high-end accessories such as Louis Vuitton bags and Louboutin shoes. So it got me thinking: If ‘The Bling Ring’ were to strike the Hollywood Hills today, what would be on their radar? Here are five fabulous finds that I think the celebrity obsessed, fashion addicted teens would want today.

The “it” bag this season is undoubtedly the clutch. The Charlotte Olympia Take Pandora Perspex clutch, $995, looks like a Hollywood clapper and would be perfect for stashing a smartphone, gloss, and a compact.

Small sunnies are the trend this summer; whether it’s protecting the peepers or going for a covert look, the Miu Miu sunglasses, $211, will spark envy in all your BFFs.

A statement necklace was in then and now too! Something laden with jewels like the Shourouk Cora Zambia Swarovski crystal necklace, $880, could jazz up a tee and jeans or bling out a LBD.

Designer heels would definitely made the list for must-haves, especially the spiked styles like the Christian Louboutin Pigalle Spikes 85 patent-leather pumps, $1,195.

A fun ring adds sass to any look. I’m loving the Solange Azagury-Partridge lacquered “Hot Lips” ring, $1,650.
