Monique Lhuillier‘s pre-fall show was a parade of frilly frocks worthy of a mid-century fairytale featuring a damsel in distress. I can just envision one of her glamorous gowns on a Hollywood glamazon such as Nicole Kidman or Angelina Jolie during the awards sweeps starting in January. Let’s just hope the Screen Actors Guild doesn’t go on strike, picket signs just won’t do these dresses justice.
