Mission: Nice Guys Style

May 20164662Views

For my recent movie mission I screened “The Nice Guys” starring Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling as a couple of misfit private eyes. The comedic film was set in the 70s, featuring funky fashion such as psychedelic prints, oversized accessories, and of course, the maxi dress.

In the past few years we’ve seen vintage fashion become a style must-do and the 70s is no exception—whether the look is original from the era or inspired by looks of the generation like the iconic maxi dress. When you head to the theaters to check out this movie, you might want to sport a 70’s look, here is some 70’s fashion to put on your radar, inspired by the film’s co-star Yaya Dacosta and her Foxy Brown moxie in the film!
