LOS ANGELES — The stars shined bright for the 2013 People's Choice Awards at the Nokia Theatre. Some starlets hit the red carpet in winter white and were très chic.

Taylor Swift, wore a vintage-inspired gown, turquoise dangle earrings, and a coiffed updo; Morena Baccarin, sported a pantsuit with beaded bodice; and Ellen Pompeo, donned a floor-length silky shirt dress, cinched with a black belt.
