Diane Von Furstenberg has launched her own comic book entitled, Be the Wonder Woman You Can Be. The limited edition DC Comics’ publication features a story written by the iconic designer called The Adventures of Diva, Viva and Fifa. There’s also excerpts from Lynda Carter (Wonder Woman from the 70s TV series) and Gloria Steinem (female activist). The comic book will retail for $25 and is available on Furstenburg’s Web site. All proceeds will benefit Vital Voices, a global women empowerment organization.
What will designers think of next? I can’t wait to get a copy of this comic book, though.
