Mission: Get “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” Screen Style

Breakfast at Tiffanys Screen Style Saturday
GLOBAL — On my radar is "Breakfast at Tiffany's" (1961) starring Audrey Hepburn as the infectiously chic Holly Golightly. It's been more than 50 years since Hepburn hit the big screen in Truman Capote's film about the quirky city girl and her style is still crave-worthy. That's why I chose this film to kick off Screen Style Saturday, my weekly nod to fashion-forward films and TV shows.

I discovered some amazingly cute gear to channel Golightly's stylish look during her visit to Tiffany's and a local dime store with her handsome neighbor Paul (George Peppard). Here's the rundown:

FASHPIONAGE: Holly has an impeccable fashion sense from head to toe, including her classy and sassy cocoon coat. Mimick her style with the Uniqlo double breast coat.

ACCESSORY HEIST: A look as posh as Holly's is due in part to her chic accessories. Steal her look with a Surell mink fur cloche hat, a Tory Burch chain link bag, and classic Lanvin tortoise shell Wayfarer sunglasses.

BEAUTY CODE: The secret to Holly's glamorous look are dramatic eyes. Accent your peepers with a voluminous mascara like Benefit Badgal mascara. Just in case you're caught in the rain or have a teary moment, you might want the waterproof version.
