LC has been fending off rumors that she isn’t the designer, but the face of the Lauren Conrad Collection. She’s even stated that it is silly to suggest she is not the designer of her eponymous collection, but soon she may be quieting naysayers.
According to people.com, Conrad has been asked to design a dress for the Emmy Awards‘ trophy girls — but it’s not like she’s been asked to design a gown for an upcoming starlet like Leighton Meester or Blake Lively (after all, this is still showbiz, you know the drill, her people calling the Emmy Awards’ people).
