NEW YORK — Socialite, reality TV star, and model Olivia Palermo was recently spotted on the streets of New York looking quite chic in a khaki trapeze raincoat, yellow skinny jeans, and monogrammed loafers. She also carried a Berry Brown Chelsea North South tote, $1,650, which she's the first to carry the bag from the eponymous designer. The Berry Brown line, which is made in the USA, will debut this fall. I love that it's reversible!
