LOS ANGELES — It was a must-watch 2013 Grammy Awards red carpet after the music award event imposed sartorial sanctions requiring that buttocks and breasts be adequately covered. There were bound to be fashion violators, but these lovely ladies in red kept it chic and classy.

Rihanna donned an Azzedine Alaia gown with a sheer criss-cross bodice, Adele wore a lacy floral Valentino frock, and Natasha Bedingfield sported an Emerson gown with side cutouts.
