LOS ANGELES — The leading ladies from "The Host" were spotted on the blue carpet for the premiere of the much anticipated film from "Twilight" creator Stephanie Meyer. The looks were trés chic. Saoirse Ronan opted for a Lanvin spring 2013 shift dress in burgundy and black heels, while Diane Kruger donned a little black dress from the Thakoon fall 2013 collection featuring jeweled flowers on a sheer panel down the sides of the dress, with silver Jimmy Choo heels.
