There’s nothing like fresh fruit in the summer and one of my favorites is peaches, so when I came across the Summer Peach cocktail recipe on the Food Network, I knew I had to share. This would be the perfect drink for a Sunday brunch featuring blueberry scones, peach preserves, and crème fraîche.
- 2 sprigs of thyme, leaves removed and stems discarded, plus a sprig for garnish
- 2 cups ice, plus more for serving
- 2 oz of Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 oz of peach nectar or peach puree
- 1 oz of peach-flavored vodka
- 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- Peach slice, for garnish
