New York — Romanian evening wear designer Lorena Sarbu, presented her inaugural fashion week collection for Fall/Winter 2012 yesterday during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Her collection was showcased at Lincoln Center’s The Box before an audience of magazine editors, stylists, celebrities, and fashion enthusiasts.
Some pieces from the collection have an Old Hollywood allure with intricate design details and embellishments including sequins and mini ruffles. It was a graceul introduction to fashion week for the designer. I'm sure we'll see more of her designs on the red carpet. Couldn't you see Anne Hathaway in both of these designs?
