At the LA premiere of Tropic Thunder, Katie Holmes was trés chic in a navy halter-strap cocktail dress with a vertical ruffle bodice. It looks like Katie is exercising her designing chops — rumor has it that Katie and stylist Jeanne Yang collaborated to create this silky number. It truly complements Holmes’ lithe figure.
After the washed-out, rolled-up denim tragedy Katie was witnessed sporting in NYC, it is a treat to see her return to her glamour girl status.
