Think Pink

Admittedly, pink is one of my favorite colors, but there is no reason better to love this beautiful color than to support breast cancer research during October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
In it’s many hues from a soft pastel to a deep rich tone; pink often symbolizes anything girly. During October it becomes girl power and what better way to inact your girl power than to shop for a worthy cause. Below are some fabulous pink finds that I think are must haves for that pink in all of us.

There’s a fresh new way to support the cause. Hint Mint has a sweet line of mints to support the cure. The profits from the sale of these Breast Cancer Awareness Series tins will be donated to City of Hope and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. They are available in stores nationwide. Pucker up for the cure with Breast Cancer Awareness Super Shimmer Lip Gloss in Forever Pink, $10. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. sephora.com.

The Pink Pony Tote, $45, with the Polo insignia is a must have for any girl on the go. It’s small on size but big on style. A percentage of sales from this tote supports programs for screening, early diagnosis, treatment and research for underserved communities. polo.com.

This Smashbox Blushing Pink powder and brush set, $59, is perfect for adding a shimmering touch to your cheeks. A portion of the proceeds from sales will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund, a grassroots advocacy group dedicated to finding a cure. smashbox.com.
