Global — Ever so often, a girl has to update her beauty arsenal. Just a few days ago, it was time for me to take the beauty plunge at my favorite cosmetic counter. I sat down with the makeup artist to try new colors and listen to her tips. One tip I immediately put in effect was to try a new lip color.
