I am not sure what it is about this wool oxford jacket, $285, that has made me fall in love. Maybe it’s the bias cut or the vibrant hue (liberty blue), still not sure.
J. Crew describes it as “British schoolboy style” — I don’t think I’ve ever seen Prince William or Harry in anything like this before, but it’s not like I’ve payed much attention either.
It’s a cross between military academy and prep school in my opinion; whatever my draw to this fabulous piece, I know one thing for sure — a classic white shirt, perfect fit jeans, leather gloves, and English riding boots and the look is complete.
