Pink Pouts Are Popping Up Everywhere!
GLOBAL — My latest mission, sifting through the myriad shades of pink lip color, has me beyond giddy. Some of my most coveted products in my beauty arsenal are lip color. I spent most of last year searching for the perfect red lip color, but all evidence reveals that the ruby red lip of last year is passé and the pink pout is all the rage.
Earlier this month actress Reese Witherspoon hit the red carpet during the Met Gala in New York looking pretty in pink and wearing a flowing Stella McCartney gown in a shade that fits perfectly in Pantone’s Color of the Year Radiant Orchid palette and a pink lip color to match – Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick in Sultry Samba. She wasn’t the only pink-lipped starlet either, others included Blake Lively, Emma Stone, and Selena Gomez.
Wearing a pink lip color may come easy to the fair Legally Blonde star but that doesn’t mean that an array of complexions can’t rock the electric hue as well. Here are a few pink lipsticks and glosses to put on your radar for fair, medium, and deep skin tones.
