Filled with glitz, glam and the excitement of the roaring 20’s, The Great Gatsby starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Muligan, and Tobey Maguire was one of the most memorable films of 2013. The fashion was on grand scale for this film, featuring custom designs from Miu Miu. The audience is easily transported back in time with swanky soirees at lavish estates and a sea of fringe and dazzling diamonds – from Tiffany’s, of course. This movie is the epitome of fantasy meets sophistication and that is why I loved it. Not only is the sexy and talented DiCaprio phenomenal as Jay Gatsby, but all the actors truly captured the zeitgeist of the 20s and made the film very unique and enjoyable.
